Eric Ostling

Eric’s musical roots run deep, going back generations from being raised in a family of classical musicians. Jazz was eventually grafted onto his vine, producing a lifetime of composing and performing. He passes on his musical craft as Jazz Piano Chair at the Winchester (MA) Music School, teaching both students and ensembles.
The Eric Ostling Quartet. which grew from his love for jazz expression in all its rich varietals, performs and tours regularly on the East Coast.
As a budding connoisseur, Eric applies the art of wine to music. For him it is more than just sound – he delves into the subtleties of its terroir, time, taste and ability to transform. In both wine and music, he is always seeking something new.

Abby Thompson

Abby has spent her vocal life listening to and blending the rhythms and phrasing of singers across the varietals of r&b, soul, jazz, hip hop and world music. In her twenties she spent time in France and Senegal speaking French, drinking good wine and absorbing African rhythms and culture.
After learning to play the bass guitar later in life, she realized that all music she loves connects the bassy undertones of the earth with the aroma of melody and harmony to inspire dance.
Just like the art of winemaking, she seeks songs to emulate - blending vintages of the past with new growth – all in search of the light.
